The book of Judges is a book written to both inspire us and warn us. It was one of the darker times in Israel’s history when everyone did as they saw fit. The nation went through repeated cycles of rejecting God, suffering devastating consequences, and turning back to God in repentance. He would then send a deliverer leader to help them but within a short while, they would reject God again. As we dive into this 5-week series we seek to learn the faith lessons so that we don’t repeat the same mistakes as them.

What a privilege to have books of the Bible that tell us what He is like – what He did and said when He walked this earth. Each year we do a 6 week series in the book of Matthew. We deep-dive into a few chapters at a time to help us understand more of what Jesus is like. Once again this year we will be challenged by the parables, miracles and stories of Jesus's life as we explore Matthew 20 & 21.
